This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you may have.

We may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, role, city, profile information, skills, hourly rates, work area, languages, and profile photos.

We may collect task and booking details such as task descriptions, addresses, maps, dates, urgency, photos, offers, messages, booking status, payment status, and support requests.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, device information, browser information, logs, cookies, and security events.

We use information to create accounts, verify users, match clients and taskers, show available tasks, process bookings and payments, provide support, improve the service, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use email to send verification links, password reset links, welcome emails, booking updates, task alerts, support messages, and important service notices.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data where necessary to provide the service or perform a contract, where necessary for legitimate interests such as safety and fraud prevention, where required by law, or where you have given consent.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but this will not affect processing that already happened lawfully.

We share relevant task, profile, location, booking, and message information between clients and taskers so they can evaluate, arrange, and complete tasks.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Taskoor, including hosting, database, authentication, email, mapping, analytics, payment, fraud-prevention, and support providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the platform, to investigate misuse, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. Taskoor does not need to store full card numbers. Payment providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Maps, geocoding, email delivery, authentication, and hosting may also be provided by third parties. Those providers may process data needed to deliver their services.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Taskoor, resolve disputes, maintain business records, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with law.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, accounting records, dispute records, or legal archives for a limited period even after account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No online service is perfectly secure, and Taskoor cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for telling us quickly if you believe your account has been compromised.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taskoor is not liable for privacy or security issues caused by user conduct, inaccurate information supplied by users, unsafe sharing of account credentials, third-party services, user-to-user communications outside Taskoor, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Taskoor changes. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the platform, by email, or by updating the effective date.
